Mike Wistrick was such an amazing realtor. We used him 11 years ago to find our first house, and we had to have him again to sell that same house. He was super professional, has a wealth of knowledge of the market, and gave us amazing tips to get our house ready to sell. It worked so well we sold our house in 4 days with multiple offers and over asking price. He was available to answer any questions I had and explained everything with such detail. Now we are in California and wishing we could have a clone of him to help us with real estate out here. A++ all around.

He recommended a great bid that was accepted with closing cost help, negotiated a good bit more in closing costs from the seller after inspection, and was correct that the appraisal would come in above purchase price ($5K more).
